By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

A collection of free, browser-only privacy tools operated by Oddlogix LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Access is provided without charge and supported by display advertising.

No warranty

The tools and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or merchantability.

In particular: cryptographic tools (passphrase generator, password strength tester, AES encryption) are intended for personal use against a reasonable threat model. They are not certified for protecting classified information, healthcare records, financial systems, or any other regulated data class. Lose your password and your encrypted ciphertext is mathematically irrecoverable — there is no reset link.

Browser-only operation

Every tool on privategram runs in your browser. No tool input is transmitted to our servers. This is a design property, not a promise of security in every possible threat model: browser extensions, operating system keyloggers, screen-capture software, and physical access to your device are outside our control. If you are working with high-value secrets, treat your whole endpoint as the trusted boundary, not just "the page."

Acceptable use

Use privategram for any lawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt site availability, extract data via automated means beyond normal browsing, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without permission.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and the specific tool implementations are the property of Oddlogix LLC unless otherwise noted. The EFF Large Wordlist (used by the passphrase generator) and the Open Cookie Database (used by the cookie lookup tool) are redistributed under their respective Creative Commons licenses, attributed on the relevant tool pages. Linking to the site is encouraged. Republishing substantial original content requires written permission.

Third-party content

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of those advertisements and they do not constitute endorsements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddlogix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to damages from reliance on tool output (encrypted ciphertext that can't be decrypted, passwords that turn out to be weaker than scored, cookies misclassified, etc.).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top of this page.
